These detailed floor plans and 3D renderings for this master bathroom remodel reflect the many hours of collaboration between us and the homeowner. The floor plan confirms all of the selections made throughout the design process. The renderings gave the homeowner a very good idea of what the completed project would look like and confirmed that the renovation could be completed within their preferred budget.

Serene Master Bath Completed Project

These photos show off the fine craftsmanship and detail we achieved in this serene master bath transformation. Our expert trade partners - tile craftsman, cabinet maker, counter top fabricator, finisher and trim carpenter - brought this aged bathroom into the modern age with a classic feel.

Much of this bathroom was down to the studs. This transformation involved tearing out the old too small shower, the old vanity and cabinetry, the old jacuzzi tub, and the old toilet. We then swapped the location of the old shower and toilet so we could build a new larger shower with a low profile curb and frameless shower doors. We selected a rain shower head and a hand shower and installed an 11" step, just what the homeowner requested. We continued the shower tile as wainscoting and wrapped it all around the tub alcove. We made sure to create large cubby insets in both the shower and tub alcove to highlight the client's favorite selection - her luxurious stained glass mosaic tiles from New York City.

After reviewing several luscious mosaic tile options, our homeowner chose her favorite - this beautiful herringbone stained glass tile with soft shades that perfectly complement the Carrera porcelain shower tile they chose. These elegant insets greet our homeowner every day whether they choose to shower or relax in the tub.

Immaculately Fabricated Gothic Black Granite Countertop

If you think this Gothic Black granite vanity countertop looks fabulous in this photo, imagine what it looks like in person! The photo just doesn't do complete justice. Our fabricator is a master! When you see the edging, the fit, the seams and the feel of the finish - the quality material and craftsmanship is obvious!

Before any cutting was done, we worked with our fabricator and the homeowner to choose the perfect placement of the sink within the veining of the granite. You can see how the completed counter blends perfectly with the gray stained custom cabinets. And the veining pattern flows seamlessly up the backsplash.

Special Touches / Details You Can't See

SPECIAL TOUCHES - This photo seems insignificant - but much time and effort went into the planning of the design of the shower and the shower curb in relation to the wall separating the shower and toilet cubby. We ensured that the height, width and length of the new shower walls, the new shower stone floor tiles, the slant of the shower floor, and the low profile shower curb would all come together perfectly so the detail of the custom base molding and the shower curb would look perfect.

We also spent a lot of time choosing and placing the lighting fixtures and new can lights. We chose very specific can lights for the toilet alcove - creating ambiance with cones of light. A little thing, but it's the little details that add up to a great bathroom remodel for our homeowners to enjoy for many, many years. So worth the effort!

OTHER DETAILS YOU CAN'T SEE - We placed hidden outlets inside the upper cabinets of the vanity, so the homeowners could plug their toothbrush chargers and other electronics out of site.
