Founder and Design Principal
Brian, a licensed general contractor, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Construction Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He thrives on unique challenges, offering a creative outlet for his passion for design and construction. His creativity, precision, and encyclopedic knowledge of materials and methods are well valued by his clients who wish to synchronize the design and construction of their residential projects. He is also a licensed Private Pilot, ASE Certified Master Technician, and radio-controlled model airplane builder. In his free time, he enjoys flying, building models and spending time with his family.
Ami Chapman
Director of Marketing & Creative Design
Ami holds a Bachelor of Music Performance (B.M.) from Simpson College. She brings a refreshing blend of experience from her background in education, biotech, and music. Her experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in the biotech industry are well valued by her clients on their projects. She especially enjoys helping and inspiring people by creating spaces that are both functional and bring joy into their homes. In her free time, she enjoys art, singing, teaching, crochet, creating eclectic spaces and spending time with her family.
